Discovery & Vision
We begin with a site visit and design consultation to understand your vision, style, and functional requirements. This stage allows us to assess the space, identify opportunities, and account for any constraints that may influence the project. Based on these discussions, we develop initial hand-drawn sketches that translate your brief into a clear visual direction. Through collaboration and refinement, the concept is shaped to align with your goals, timeline, and budget before moving forward.

Schematic Design
During this phase, we explore layout options and develop multiple design concepts in response to the agreed vision. Each scheme considers spatial flow, functionality, and proportion, allowing us to test different approaches before refining the direction. Preliminary budgets and schedules are reviewed alongside the design to ensure feasibility and alignment. This stage results in a clear, well-considered framework that guides detailed development in the next phase.

Design Development
In this phase, the approved concept is translated into detailed drawings and coordinated documentation. Architectural layouts are refined, and required structural and MEP considerations are integrated to ensure the design is both precise and buildable. Materials, palettes, and finishes are selected with care, balancing performance, aesthetics, and longevity. We also coordinate with consultants and trades — including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC — to align all systems before moving into production and installation.

Administration
During this phase, Bauhome oversees the project on site, monitoring progress, quality, and coordination to ensure the work is executed as designed. We remain actively involved through regular site reviews and coordination meetings, addressing details as they arise. We manage documentation and communication across the team, including shop drawings, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change coordination. Budget tracking and schedule oversight are maintained throughout, and warranties and commissioning are scheduled to ensure a smooth and complete handover.
05.
Closeout
As the project reaches completion, we conduct a final review to confirm all details have been executed as intended. Any remaining items are addressed through a clear punch list, ensuring the space is fully resolved before handover. We provide guidance on operation and maintenance where required and coordinate warranties and documentation. This final stage marks a smooth transition from project delivery to ownership, allowing you to move forward with confidence in how the space functions and performs.
